Tammy Delaine Kirkley died unexpectedly, on May 4, 2019 in Tyler, at the age of 52. Tammy is survived by her husband of 27 years, Allan Kirkley; her mother, Betty Russell; sisters, Debbie Fielder and Amanda Duffey and husband, Cregg Duffey; brothers, Sonny Russell, Spanky Russell and wife, Jonnie, and Rusty Russell and wife, Stephanie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces/nephews. She loved all children and was so very special to those who called her, Aunt Tammy.

Tammy was born on June 9, 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia to James and Betty Russell. She attended Chapel Hill High School.

A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Williams Cemetery in New Chapel Hill. Her Godson, Cody Rushing will officiate, under direction of Jackson's Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Tammy's life.
