Funeral services for Lester Daniel "Dan" Foreman III, age 43, of Jacksonville will be Saturday, March 8, 2014, at 2 p.m. at the Boren-Conner Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with Dr. Charlie Holmes and the Rev. David Hallum officiating.
Burial will follow in Bul-lard Memorial Cemetery.
Dan was born Dec. 12, 1970, in Jacksonville to Lester Foreman Jr. and Mary Barnett Foreman.
He graduated from JHS in 1989 and from Jacksonville College and the University of Houston. He was a personal trainer and co-owner of Jacksonville Iron Works and Iron Junkie Training with his wife, Lisa.
Dan passed away suddenly on March 5, 2014, at a Jacksonville hospital. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Myrtle and L.D. Foreman; and a cousin, Kelly Davis; as well as numerous other relatives.
Dan is survived by his wife, Lisa Zodin Foreman, of Jacksonville; parents, Lester and Mary Foreman, of Jacksonville; four daughters, Karen Foreman and Katie Foreman, of Texas City, Samantha Lee and Amanda Lee, of Jacksonville; a sister and brother-in-law, Becky and Jim Magness, of Jacksonville; a brother and sister-in-law, William and Linda Foreman, of Jacksonville; and nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Chris Dolan, Marc Sterling, Chris Walker, Jimmy Evans, Barry Evans, Anthony Moye, John Paul Kelley and Rick Brashear.
Honorary pallbearers will be David Simmons, Cody Hart, Will Foreman and Jim Magness.
Visitation will be Saturday from noon to service time at funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made towards Dan's final expenses.
