Services for Cynthia A. Pettigrew, 50, of Tyler are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at Peoples Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Marcus Jackson officiating.
Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, Whitehouse, under direction of Community Funeral Home of Tyler.
Ms. Pettigrew died Dec. 18, 2012, at her residence.
She was born July 7, 1962, in Tyler. She was a lifelong resident of Tyler, attended John Tyler High School and Peoples Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the usher ministry.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Annie Caldwell; grandfather, Arthur Hambrick; three uncles; and special friend, Jonathan Lydia.
Survivors include her parents, Bennie and Corine Pettigrew, Tyler; son, Aubrey Pettigrew, Tyler; daughters, Tasha Pettigrew, Maria Pettigrew, Chiquita Hunter Pettigrew and Shemekia Pettigrew, all of Tyler; brothers, Randy Pettigrew, Edward Pettigrew and Arthur Ray Hambrick, all of Tyler; sisters, Annie Pettigrew, Vanda Pettigrew, Betty Pettigrew, Cora Pettigrew Jackson, Jackie Pettigrew, Alice Pettigrew, Regina Pettigrew and Mary Lee Pettigrew; and 12 grandchildren.
