William "Nuse" Coomer, age 72, of Lindale, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at his residence.
He was born July 23, 1940, in DeKalb to the late Buford Franklin and Dorothy (Sikes) Coomer and was a lifelong resident of Lindale. Nuse was self-employed as a brick mason and was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Diane Coomer, Lindale; four daughters, LaQuita Ann Toles of Crawley, Dianna Lynne Jackson of Tyler, Dorthy Francis Smith of Arlington, and Annie Marie Coomer of Fort Worth; son, John Paul Coomer of Fort Worth; brothers, Thurman Harris Coomer and Robert Coomer, both of Lindale; sisters, Annie Bell Baldwin of Lindale, Ruth Huey of Tarawa Terrace, N.C., and Dollie Weems of Troup; mother-in-law, Corrie Holland of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
