Gerald Wayne Broyles, 62, of Tyler passed away on March 3, 2017 at Christus Mother Frances Hospital.
Gerald was born on May 2, 1954 in Nashville, TN. He was a great friend, father and grandfather who just wanted to make the best out of life. He loved all his grandchildren, daughters and sons with all his heart.
He loved being around his family and enjoyed the great outdoors and activities with his grandkids. He also enjoyed traveling and going places with his best friend for life, Wanda McMillan. He also enjoyed having cookouts, gatherings with friends, especially his son-in-law, Jerry Parker.
Other survivors include his six children, Cristy Olson, Denise Parker, Allen Broyles, Gary Broyles, Amanda Hill, Heather Kirkpatrick; mother, Juanita Broyles; 13 grandchildren, Deion Ross, Aaliyah Broyles, Jaciee Parker, Samantha Olson, Jason Olson, Sophia Heiman, Maddison Hanna, Jacob Olson, Emma Flemming, Jamal Kirkpatrick, Kelsy Kirkpatrick, Jermiah Hill, Jazelle Hill; two brothers, Michael Broyles, Pete Broyles; two sisters, Kimberly Lackey and Teresa Mosher.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Tyler Memorial Cemetery, with Bro. Dale Wilt officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, also at the cemetery.
