Funeral services for C.N. McLean 90, of Brownsboro have been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday July 10, 2018 at Calvary Baptist Church in Brownsboro with Rev. Danny Bristow officiating under the direction of Autry's Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home, Athens.

Burial will follow at Jennings Mountain Cemetery.

Mr. McLean passed away Saturday evening in Tyler.

He was born August 27, 1927 in Brownsboro to the late George Franklin and Ida Bell Barton McLean. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. C.N. was a lifelong resident of Brownsboro and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He spent 50 years as a pipe liner. Upon retirement he decided he did not want to be idol so he opened Brownsboro Service Center which he operated for 12 years. He loved attending local sporting events and especially loved his Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday night choir practice.

He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Robertson McLean in 2008, 4 brothers and 1 sister.

Survivors include sons; C.N. McLean Jr., and wife Carol of Tyler, George Franklin McLean and wife Jackie of Brownsboro, daughters; Brenda McLean of Annandale, Minnesota, Peggy McLean and fiancee Kevin Barker of Brownsboro, grandchildren; Mark McLean and wife Stacy, Cory McLean and wife Angela, Robby Conway and wife Stephanie, Crissy Zander and husband Jim, Dawn Duran and husband Bill, Zachary McLean and wife Taylor, Amber Williams, Justin Simpson and wife Megan, Danielle Partney and husband Seth, Ashton Lovett and husband Bryan, Logan Barker and Lauren Barker, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Billy McLean, Robert McLean, Royce Couey, Dustin McLean, Dannie McLean and Thomas Robertson.

Honorary pallbearers are Chester Jackson and members of the weekly choir group.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Autry's Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home, Athens.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas Homeplace 4111 University Blvd. Tyler, Texas 75701.
