It is with great sadness that the family of Bobbie Gray Truell announces her passing after a battle with Lewy Body dementia. She was surrounded by friends and family as she passed on October 1, 2018 at the age of 75 years.

Bobbie will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend of 55 years, Jerry and their two daughters Vicki and Jennifer, by her son-in-laws Rod and Kevin, by her mother Leah, by her brother Sam and sisters Carrie, Jamey and Sandy, and by her granddaughters Tiffany and Ashley. Bobbie will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.

Born in 1942 in Sinton, Texas, Bobbie as a young woman lived in Corpus Christi TX where she met Jerry. They lived in several different states over the years and moved to Tyler, Texas in 1998.

Bobbie was a domestic engineer (otherwise known as a loving stay at home mom) who cherished her time spent with her husband and raising their two daughters. With her children grown, she decided to complete the Master Gardener course at Tyler Rose Garden. She enjoyed spending time working in her yard and bird-watching.

A memorial service will be held at Green Acres Baptist Church, Tyler, TX, Galilee Room, Door 16 off Barbara Street on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 2 PM.
