Services for Adolph "Ed" Rudolph Niemcryk, 98, of Chandler, are scheduled for Friday, January 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Evans officiating. Burial will be in Chandler Memorial Cemetery under direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mr. Niemcryk passed away January 7, 2018 in Tyler. He was born December 4, 1919 in Rome, New York. He served in the Army Corp of Engineers during WWII and was honorably discharged as an E5 Staff Sergeant with a Bronze Star commendation. He retired from Western Union as a lineman supervisor. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite and a Master Mason for over 50 years.

He is preceded in death by wife, Nina Webb Niemcryk; brother, Steve F. Niemcryk; and parents, Maryanna and Francis Niemcryk.

Survivors include daughter, Mary F. Taylor of Tyler; son, Steve Niemcryk and wife Josie of New Jersey; step-son, Jeffery Fishman; grandchildren, Stephanie Bedingfield of Tyler, Christopher Bedingfield of Tyler and Nina Bedingfield of Tyler; great grandchildren, Amaya, Maliyah, LaiyaNi, Terrance, LaTrae, Jayden, Brylon, Brinlee and Kinlee.

Pallbearers will be Nina Bedingfield, Paul Small, Stephanie Bedingfield, Steve Niemcryk and Cody Johnson. Honorary pallbearer will be Christopher Bedingfield.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
