Waire Hull


Funeral services for Waire Hull, 62, of Marshall, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2014, in the chapel of Downs Funeral Home, Marshall, with Bro. Kenneth Boyd officiating. Interment will follow in Colonial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Hull passed away July 12, 2014, at his residence in Marshall.
Waire Hull was born in Tyler on April 16, 1952, to William Fred Hull and Freida Ruth Malone Hull. He was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler, worked as a driver for trucking companies, and was a rig owner. He had previously taught truck driving at TSTC in Marshall, and was a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Lodge in Marshall.
Surviving Mr. Hull are his wife, B.J. Hull, of Marshall; son, Charles Nicholas Hull and wife Audra, of McKinney; stepson, Jason Paul Crisp, of Marshall; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; brother, William Fred Hull and wife, of Tyler; sisters, Derlyn Ann Dobson, of McClain, Va., and Zelda Strong and husband, Jack, of Lubbock; and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
Mr. Hull was preceded in death by his daughter, Tara Eugena Crisp; and his parents.
